1 either party may ( without limiting any other remedy ) at any time terminate the contract by giving written notice to the other if the other commits any breach of these conditions and ( if capable of remedy ) fails to remedy the breach within 30 days after being required by written notice to do so , or if the other goes into liquidation , or ( or in the case of an individual or firm ) becomes bankrupt , makes a voluntary arrangement with its creditors or has a receiver or administrator appointed
如果合同一方有任何违背合同条款行为，（在有能力补救的情况下），收到书面补救要求通知30天之内（在有能力补救的情况下）没有采取补救措施，合同任一方可以（无需放弃任何其它补救要求）随时书面通知对方终止合同，或者如果对方被清盘算或（作为个人或公司）导致破产，应与债权人签定自愿的协议或指定破产案产业管理人接受者或执行管理者。
